Applying for food benefits after losing my job (update)

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. Any experience at all would help. There are 16 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
