Applying for food benefits after losing my job (St. Louis)

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. There are 16 people in my household. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 20 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
