Applying for food benefits after losing my job (Seattle)

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I worked as a store manager before this. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 9 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
