Applying for food benefits after losing my job, quality inspector here

I lost my job as a quality inspector and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?
