Applying for food benefits after losing my job, production planner here

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I am in Kansas City, in case local advice matters. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Some local food pantries can help while the case is pending. Try calling 211 for one near you.
