Applying for food benefits after losing my job, medical assistant here

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. Any experience at all would help. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 25 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
