Applying for food benefits after losing my job, marketing coordinator here

I lost my job as a marketing coordinator and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. Thank you in advance. There are 5 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 12 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
