Applying for food benefits after losing my job, machine operator here

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. It has been a long 7 weeks. There are 7 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 7 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
