Applying for food benefits after losing my job, home health aide here

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. This is my first time dealing with any of this. There are 8 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 6 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
