Applying for food benefits after losing my job - first time posting

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. There are 6 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 5 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
