Applying for food benefits after losing my job - first time posting

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. This is my first time dealing with any of this. There are 5 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
