Applying for food benefits after losing my job - first time posting

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 8 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
