Applying for food benefits after losing my job - first time posting

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. There are 10 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 2 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
