Applying for food benefits after losing my job - first time posting

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I do not usually post, so bear with me. There are 10 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 17 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
