Applying for food benefits after losing my job - first time posting

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. There are 8 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 26 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
