Applying for food benefits after losing my job - first time posting

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I am in Pittsburgh, in case local advice matters. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
