Applying for food benefits after losing my job - first time posting

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. It has been weighing on me all week. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 13 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
