Applying for food benefits after losing my job - first time posting

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I worked as a web developer before this. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 13 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
