Applying for food benefits after losing my job, event coordinator here

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. Any experience at all would help. There are 6 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 16 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
