Applying for food benefits after losing my job, customer-service rep here

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
