Applying for food benefits after losing my job

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
