Applying for food benefits after losing my job - any advice?

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I am in Little Rock, in case local advice matters. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
