Applying for food benefits after losing my job after 9 years as a retail manager

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The caseworker asked for bank statements too.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
