Applying for food benefits after losing my job after 4 years as a bank teller

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
