Applying for food benefits after losing my job after 3 years as a customer-service rep

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
