Applying for food benefits after losing my job after 17 years as a barista

I lost my job as a barista and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 2 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
