Applying for food benefits after losing my job after 14 years as a nurse's aide

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 3 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
