Applying for food benefits after losing my job after 13 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I lost my job as a hotel front-desk agent and my household is applying for SNAP for the first time. It has been a long 11 weeks. There are 13 people in my household.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 11 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
