Applying for food benefits after losing my job after 11 years as a teaching assistant

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I worked as a teaching assistant before this. There are 11 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 3 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
