Applying for food benefits after losing my job after 10 years as a social media manager

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. Is there an expedited option for people with very little income?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
