Applying for food benefits after losing my job

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
