Applying for food benefits after losing my job

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. There are 14 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 24 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
