Applying for food benefits after losing my job

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I do not usually post, so bear with me. There are 3 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
