I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
