Applying for food benefits after losing my job - 7 months and counting

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?
