Applying for food benefits after losing my job - 6 months and counting

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. It has been a long 15 weeks. The caseworker asked for bank statements too. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 15 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
