Applying for food benefits after losing my job - 4 weeks in

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. It has been a long 4 weeks. The caseworker asked for bank statements too.

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
