Applying for food benefits after losing my job - 22 weeks in

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

Ask about expedited service. I was told it depends on how little cash and income you have right now.
