Applying for food benefits after losing my job - 2 months and counting

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. Any experience at all would help. There are 4 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 13 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
