Applying for food benefits after losing my job - 18 weeks in

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. There are 7 people in my household.

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 18 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
