Applying for food benefits after losing my job - 17 weeks in

My SNAP recertification is coming up and my income changed a lot since my layoff. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have a final pay stub, a termination letter and my unemployment approval. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

I sent my last two pay stubs, the separation letter and a bank statement. I heard back in about 17 weeks, and my county offered an interview by phone.
