Applying for food benefits after losing my job

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. Any experience at all would help. There are 14 people in my household. Did they ask for anything unexpected?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
