Applying for food benefits after losing my job - 11 months and counting

I got a notice asking for proof of income and I am unsure what to send. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. There are 16 people in my household. What did you submit and how long did approval take?

Take photos of everything you send and write down the date. I had to resend one page and the record helped.
