How the score works
- Reviews (1–5 stars) and severance versus the market benchmark raise the score.
- Published red flags lower it; the hire-the-laid-off pledge adds a small bonus.
- Employers can publish a moderated response; it appears on their company page.
- Aggregate estimates, not statements of fact. Companies with thin data are not ranked.
