Only the company and month are required. Everything else helps, but it's optional.

What we collect

  • Required: company and approximate month.
  • Optional: your role/title, city, state/province, roughly how many people were affected, and any detail you want to share.
  • Never: your name, email, account, salary, manager's name, or documents.

Free text is screened and reviewed before anyone else can see it, and never appears on a public page. Your report becomes public as aggregates only once a company + month reaches 5 reports.
