Executive Assistant - housing advocacy (Las Vegas, weekend-flex · 184)

Bluepeak Analytics · Indianapolis, IN · part time

bluepeak analytics c1789357880046 77 is hiring a Executive Assistant - housing advocacy (Las Vegas, weekend-flex · 184) to own day-to-day outcomes around housing advocacy. You'll sit with a warehouse shift lead team and partner closely with operations, support, and program leads. What you'll do • Own a clear workstream end-to-end - from intake and prioritization through delivery and follow-up. • Translate messy real-world constraints into checklists, dashboards, and handoffs other people can run. • Run weekly rituals that keep stakeholders aligned without drowning the team in status theater. • Spot process gaps early (especially around javascript) and propose lightweight fixes. • Document decisions so the next person isn't starting from Slack archaeology. • Contribute to graphic design quality bars and peer review inside the squad. What we're looking for • 2+ years in a related role (or equivalent lived experience we can verify through work samples). • Evidence you can write clearly for non-experts and keep commitments when priorities shift. • Comfort with spreadsheets or lightweight SQL/tooling - depth matters more than brand-name tools. • Empathy for people under financial stress; this work touches real households. Nice to have • Experience in media or adjacent regulated environments. • Facilitation skills for workshops, standups, or community office hours. Compensation & logistics • Base salary range $69,000–$80,000 USD, depending on experience and location. • This role is based in Indianapolis, IN, with up to two remote days after onboarding. • Benefits include dependent-care FSA with employer contribution; flexible PTO with a 3-week minimum encourage; learning budget of $1,200/year.
