Procurement & data protection
- Data residency: US, Canadian and UK data live in separate country databases; program participants are never co-mingled across countries.
- Consent-first case access: caseworker visibility is purpose-scoped, versioned and revocable, with an immutable consent log.
- Minimum necessary: program consoles show aggregates and counts by default; participant detail requires explicit, per-person consent.
- Accessibility: public and program-facing pages target WCAG 2.1 AA, and brand colours failing the 4.5:1 contrast floor are rejected automatically.
- Uptime and backups: per-country nightly backups with a documented restore drill; a public status page reports component health.
