You'll sit with a 6-person squad and partner closely with operations, support, and program leads. What you'll do • Own a clear workstream end-to-end - from intake and prioritization through delivery and follow-up. • Translate messy real-world constraints into checklists, dashboards, and handoffs other people can run. • Run weekly rituals that keep stakeholders aligned without drowning the team in status theater. • Spot process gaps early (especially around warehouse operations) and propose lightweight fixes. • Document decisions so the next person isn't starting from Slack archaeology. • Contribute to logistics quality bars and peer review inside the squad. What we're looking for • 2+ years in a related role (or equivalent lived experience we can verify through work samples). • Evidence you can write clearly for non-experts and keep commitments when priorities shift. • Comfort with spreadsheets or lightweight SQL/tooling - depth matters more than brand-name tools. • Empathy for people under financial stress; this work touches real households. Nice to have • Experience in nonprofit or adjacent regulated environments. • Facilitation skills for workshops, standups, or community office hours. Compensation & logistics • Base salary range $60,000–$84,000 USD, depending on experience and location. • This role is based in Nashville, TN, with up to two remote days after onboarding. • Benefits include learning budget of $1,200/year; 12 weeks parental leave; student-loan contribution of $50/paycheck.
