What we're looking for • 2+ years in a related role (or equivalent lived experience we can verify through work samples). • Evidence you can write clearly for non-experts and keep commitments when priorities shift. • Comfort with spreadsheets or lightweight SQL/tooling - depth matters more than brand-name tools. • Empathy for people under financial stress; this work touches real households.
